Due to the nature of manufacturing, the area around the creel room may be at higher temperatures and humidity than normal environmental conditions p> On the creel, various threads of fabric and steel are transferred from the large reel to the winding machine. At this point, if the temperature of the power cord is lower than the dew point temperature of the environment, moisture will condense on it and be trapped in the last layer.
